Reference Title: domestic wastewater improvement districts

AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR UNIVERSITY FACILITIES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Appropriation; purpose

The sum of $400,000 is appropriated from the state general fund in each of the fiscal years 1999-2000, 2000-2001 and 2001-2002 to northern Arizona university for a university center facility at central Arizona college's Signal Peak campus.
