Chapter 80 - 441R - S Ver of SB1099

Reference Title: long-term care benefits; study

AN ACT
PROVIDING FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATION TO STUDY LONG-TERM CARE BENEFITS.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Department of administration feasibility study

The department of administration shall study the feasibility of offering long-term care coverage to state officers and employees and submit a written report of its findings to the speaker of the house of representatives, the president of the senate and the governor on or before November 15, 1999. The department of administration shall provide a copy of the written report to the secretary of state and the director of the department of library, archives and public records.

Sec. 2. Delayed repeal

This act is repealed from and after December 31, 1999.
