AN ACT
REPEALING LAWS 1998, CHAPTER 212, SECTIONS 9 AND 10; PROVIDING FOR THE DELAYED REPEAL OF SECTION 38-651, ARIZONA REVISED STATUTES, AS AMENDED BY LAWS 1998, CHAPTER 212, SECTION 3; RELATING TO HEALTH AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE FOR SCHOOL EMPLOYEES.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:

Section 1. Repeal

Laws 1998, chapter 212, sections 9 and 10 are repealed.

Sec. 2. Delayed repeal

Section 38-651, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by Laws 1998, chapter 212, section 3, is repealed from and after July 31, 2004.

Sec. 3. Effective date

Section 38-651, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended by Laws 1998, chapter 212, section 4, is effective from and after July 31, 2004.
