assistive devices; warranties

HB 2676 provides for warranties for assistive devices for the
disabled from the manufacturer. The bill includes a definition
section, enumerates the specific provisions in the warranties of
the assistive devices, sets forth the responsibilities of the
assistive device dealers to the consumer and provides for
consumers' rights and recovery of damages.
