RELATING TO STATE HISTORIC PARKS.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Arizona:
Section 1.
Notwithstanding section 41-511.11, subsection B, Arizona Revised Statutes, or any other law, if a political subdivision provides at least one hundred fifty thousand dollars annually through an intergovernmental agreement for operating a state historic park within its boundaries, the Arizona state parks board shall separately account for the revenues collected at that park and shall spend those revenues and the monies provided by the political subdivision solely for operating, managing and developing that park.
Sec. 2.
This act is repealed from and after December 31, 2000.
