41-358. Fees; rules

A. Electronic notaries public may receive fees for the following services:

1. Acknowledgments.

2. Oaths and affirmations.

3. Jurats.

4. Issuance of notary service electronic certificates.

B. The secretary of state shall determine by rule fees for services.
