Representative Warde V. Nichols is Chairman of the Rules Committee, a member of the Government Committee, and Chairman of the Arizona House of Representatives Taxpayer Protection Caucus.


During Representative Nichols’ six years as a state legislator, he has worked diligently in support of traditional marriage and family values.  He is a strong supporter of pro-life issues and continues to fight to lower the tax burden and protect property rights of citizens of Arizona.


Representative Nichols is a fourth generation Arizona native who grew up on a farm in Gilbert.  He is a small business owner.  Representative Nichols currently resides in Gilbert with his wife, Paula, and their three children, Sage, Alexandria and Grant.


In his spare time, Representative Nichols serves on the board of directors for the Never Again Foundation, volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America and is a merit badge counselor.
